Description
Our client is a growing outpatient vascular care organization seeking a Territory Manager to cover dialysis centers throughout Queens. This role is focused on building and managing referral relationships with dialysis centers and related renal-care providers.
The ideal candidate must already understand the dialysis center environment and have prior experience calling on dialysis centers. This person will be responsible for developing relationships, educating referral sources, identifying patient needs related to vascular access care, and helping drive appropriate referrals into the company.
This is a field-based territory role for someone who is already comfortable working with dialysis centers, understands the importance of access management, and can build strong relationships with dialysis-center staff, administrators, nephrology contacts, and other referral influencers.
Requirements
- Must live in the Queens area.
- Must have prior experience calling on dialysis centers.
- 2+ years of successful outside sales, medical sales, healthcare sales, renal-care sales, or physician/referral-development experience.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in dialysis, renal care, vascular access, nephrology, interventional radiology, vascular surgery, wound care, or related specialties.
- Must be comfortable building referral relationships, managing an active territory, following up consistently, and growing referral volume.
- Strong communication, organization, professionalism, and relationship-building skills required.
Compensation
$90,000–$120,000 depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus opportunity.
