Title: Territory Manager – Medical Device (Women’s Health)
Location: Philadelphia, PA (Includes Suburbs & South Jersey)
Comp: $65,000 – $75,000 Base | $150,000 OTE (Uncapped)
Are you a results-driven medical sales professional ready to make an impact in an emerging medical device territory? We’re partnering with a
fast-growing women’s health medical technology company seeking a highly motivated Territory Manager to develop and grow a wide geographic area centered on Philadelphia, including parts of South Jersey and surrounding markets.
You’ll call on Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeons, Gynecologists, and Hospital O.R./ASC teams to introduce advanced procedural solutions that are improving clinical outcomes in women’s health. The territory is largely greenfield — offering significant upside for a self-starter who excels at consultative selling and relationship building.
WHAT YOU’LL DO• Prospect, educate, and sell advanced procedural technologies to physicians and clinical teams
• Establish and grow new accounts within an expansion territory
• Build strong long-term relationships focused on clinical value and workflow improvement
• Execute strategic territory sales plans to hit and exceed revenue targets
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR- The Personality: You are enthusiastic, high-energy, and can win the room within the first five minutes.
- The Background: 2–3+ years of Medical Sales (Device, Disposables, Equipment Surgical, or high-end Pharma). We are open to "sharks" looking to break into the OR from Pharma or Associate roles.
- The Mindset: Coachable, career-oriented, and a "relationship first" seller.
