Aesthetics Territory Manager — Pittsburgh (Western PA + regional travel)
Aesthetics/surgical manufacturer is hiring a Territory Manager to
build and grow a developing territory anchored in
Pittsburgh, with regional travel into nearby markets (including parts of Ohio and Upstate/Western NY). This role calls on
plastic surgeons and key hospital/OR stakeholders.
What you’ll do
- Build a territory plan and drive new business (this is an expansion territory)
- Present products, run in-services, and support cases as needed
- Develop relationships with surgeon users and hospital stakeholders (OR team, purchasing, etc.)
- Maintain pipeline activity, forecasting, and territory reporting

What we’re looking for
- 2–5+ years of medical sales; OR/surgical experience strongly preferred
- Polished communicator with high activity level and follow-through
- Comfortable with regional travel and overnights
- Base salary: $100,000
- Year 1 earnings floor: approximately $150,000 total (structured as $100K base + ~$50K guaranteed variable/commission during ramp)
- Car allowance: approximately $700/month
Expenses: company covers business expenses (travel, etc.)
