Territory: Manhattan (majority) + Bronx + Westchester
Residence: NYC preferred; Jersey City / Hoboken OK if you’re in Manhattan consistently
Compensation: Base $100,000–$140,000 (DOE) | Total Comp $140,000–$180,000
The Opportunity
A fast-growing healthcare company is expanding its NYC sales team. The product is used primarily in a
high-volume physician office setting to support
patient documentation and workflow. This role is focused on driving adoption in targeted offices and expanding utilization across a defined territory.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a
current (or very recent) pharmaceutical sales rep with a strong track record who can thrive in a high-activity, growth environment.
Requirements- 2–15 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
- Documented accomplishments (quota performance, rankings, awards, consistent growth)
- Strong credibility in office-based healthcare selling
- Excellent territory management and follow-through
- Comfortable in a growth-stage company (ownership, pace, accountability)

- Office-based physicians
- Practice leadership and operational decision-makers (practice manager, office administrator, clinical lead)
What Success Looks Like
- Building new adoption across targeted accounts in Manhattan and surrounding areas
- Consistent prospecting, follow-up, and account development
- Organized pipeline management and clear communication
