The sales representative needed is essentially a
Business Development professional specialized in clinical trial services for pharma. Their goal is to
bring in Phase I-III clinical trial projects (contracts) by leveraging relationships with pharmaceutical and biotech companies. This means convincing sponsors or CROs to use lab for genotyping, pharmacogenomics testing, sample collection, or even patient recruitment in trials.
Responsibilities- Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting
- Work directly with sales and marketing to discover opportunities from leads
- Demonstrate and teach strong selling and influencing skills
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2+ years experience working with Pharma , biotech, cro's with their clinical trial leadership
- Strong communication and time management skills
