Overview A U.S.-based genetics laboratory is expanding its partnerships with
pharmaceutical/biotech sponsors and CROs to support
Phase I–III clinical trials requiring
genotyping / pharmacogenomics (PGx) services. We’re seeking a proven rainmaker with sponsor-side relationships to develop new accounts and close trial services contracts.
What you’ll do- Identify and pursue sponsor/CRO opportunities where PGx/genotyping supports trial design and execution
- Build relationships with Clinical Ops, Translational Medicine, Biomarkers, Precision Medicine, and Outsourcing/Procurement stakeholders
- Lead discovery → proposal/RFP response → scientific alignment → contracting and close
- Maintain a pipeline of trial opportunities and coordinate internal resources for feasibility and turnaround
Who you are- Strong network in pharma/biotech and/or CRO outsourcing
- Experience selling clinical trial services (central lab, biomarker/diagnostic services, patient recruitment/site services, or related)
- Comfortable in consultative, complex sales cycles and sponsor procurement processes
- Self-directed, highly accountable, and motivated by variable pay
Compensation- 1099/independent contractor
- High commission / uncapped earnings (structure discussed with qualified candidates)
