Western/Central PA + WV territory, run in-service trainings, and support live OR and office cases.
What You’ll Do- Drive new account openings and manage demos.
- Conduct physician & staff trainings; support procedures.
- Handle quotes, ROI reviews, and CRM updates.
What You Bring- OR surgical-device sales with case-coverage experience.
- Familiarity with video, scopes, and fluid systems.
- Strong hospital access skills and hunter mentality.
Compensation: Approx. $130 k base + 12-month $5 k/mo guarantee (≈ $190 k Y1 OTE) with equity upside and full benefits. Once territory is established, average reps make 270k, top rep made 600k.
