About the Role: Join an emerging women’s health device company with a best‑in‑class hysteroscopy platform used by OB/GYN surgeons. You’ll build and own a new territory (Western/Central PA + parts of WV), driving adoption, running hands‑on trainings, and supporting cases in the OR and office settings.
What You’ll Do- Open and grow new accounts; demo the system; handle quotes/ROI reviews; run physician and staff training; provide case support.
- Maintain CRM/call plans; travel across the territory with regular time in the OR.
You Bring- Proven OR surgical sales experience (women’s health/GYN a plus but not required), ability to train surgeons and support live cases.
- Comfortable with video‑assisted surgery systems, fluid management, and case coverage;
Comp/Perks: ~$130k base +
$5k/mo guarantee for 12 months (first‑year target ≈
$190k), with significant upside thereafter (avg after guarantee ≈
$270k; top reps
