Why this role: Lead a high-performing territory team, keep your own (smaller) book of business to stay sharp, and help launch a steady stream of new promoted products across eye-care clinics.
What you’ll do- Coach, ride-along, and develop 8–10 reps; run reports and drive quarterly growth.
- Maintain a personal territory (~75 accounts) and sell a promoted portfolio (OTC eye care, clinic devices/supplies, and compounding solutions).
- Travel up to 50% across a 5–6 state region; attend trade shows and regional events.
What you’ve done- 3–5+ years in ophthalmology sales (device/capital/surgical/pharma). Management experience a plus.
- Consistent quota attainment; proven clinic relationships (MD/OD, admin, staff).
- Experience with sampling/couponing and buy-and-bill is a plus.
Comp & perks- Base $120–$150k + quarterly bonus ($4–5k/quarter uncapped; plus team override post-orientation).
