You will recruit, coach, and manage a network of independent (1099) surgical distributors while personally driving new business with OB/GYNs, MFMs, OB hospitalists, and key hospitals. This is a hands‑on build: funnel discipline, value analysis navigation, KOL development, and field training to accelerate utilization and revenue.What You’ll Do- Recruit, onboard, and develop a high‑performing distributor/rep network
- Own pipeline rigor from qualification → close; forecast with accuracy
- Coach reps through complex selling scenarios and hospital processes
- Build KOL and executive relationships; deliver business reviews & utilization insights
- Lead regional trainings and support initial OR set‑ups at key sites
- Collaborate with leadership on launch playbooks, tools, and messaging
What You’ll Need- 5+ years’ medical sales with women’s health/OB call points; 3+ years team leadership or distributor/channel management (or senior rep ready to step up)
- Proven new‑business wins in hospital settings; value analysis/GPO savvy
- Strong network with OB/GYNs and L&D stakeholders; KOL cultivation
