capital equipment territory covering
PA/NJ/DE/Upstate NY. You’ll learn hospital buying dynamics, support demos and installs, and build hunter‑grade prospecting skills. After ramp, you’ll own a territory and full quota.
What You’ll Do- Prospect, set meetings, and support demos for OB/GYN, MFM, REI, sonography leaders.
- Learn the hospital capital cycle (Clinicians → Biomed/Clinical Engineering → Purchasing → Administration).
- Maintain crisp CRM discipline, forecasting, and follow‑ups.
What You Bring- 0–3 years B2B outside sales (training‑ground companies a plus: ADP, Paychex, Xerox, Pitney Bowes, Cintas, Grainger, UniFirst, CDW, etc.).
- Hunter mentality: comfortable with high‑volume outreach and new logos.
- Competitive/athletic background a plus; strong communication and patience for long cycles.
- Able to work onsite daily in Berkeley Heights, NJ during training.
Comp & Benefits- Base: ~$70,000 (negotiable) during training.
- Variable: Target $20–30k in training incentives/commissions.
- Post‑ramp: Commission‑only (10% of sales) with high upside; typical performers target ~$250k+ annually.
