DescriptionOwn national growth for an innovative tele-health vision platform serving Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs). As the Strategic Account Manager you will:
- Hunt and close new FQHC partnerships—prospecting, discovery, ROI modeling, negotiation and contract execution—without relying on inbound leads.
- Build executive-level relationships (C-suite, medical & operations leaders) and tailor proposals that expand access to care and boost clinical & financial outcomes.
- Maintain a robust pipeline in HubSpot (or similar), forecast accurately, and report market intelligence to shape go-to-market strategy.
- Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure a smooth hand-off and long-term client satisfaction.
This is a remote, high-autonomy role reporting to the Director of Sales Operations and requires periodic travel to conferences and client sites.
Requirements- FQHC expertise: At least 2 years’ quota-carrying experience selling to FQHCs or community health organizations with existing decision-maker relationships.
- Proven closer: Documented success driving full-cycle, six-figure B2B healthcare technology or services deals.
- Deep understanding of FQHC reimbursement, operations and tele-health trends.
- Polished consultative skills—executive presentations, objection handling and contract negotiation.
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred) and comfort with Zoom/Teams.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
