Role Summary:As a Distributor Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and ensuring the success of distributorship relationships in your territory. This role involves
managing, training, and mentoring distributor representatives while fostering strong relationships with distributors and hospital accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributorship ownership and representatives.
- Call on distributor accounts and hospital clients to promote and expand product adoption.
- Manage, teach, and train distributor sales reps to increase product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Drive sales growth in your territory through strategic planning and execution.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on company products, particularly in the operating room setting.
Qualifications:- Proven experience in surgical sales with a strong understanding of the operating room environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage distributorship relationships, including working closely with distributor representatives and ownership.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and training skills.
- Ability to travel overnight up to 50% of the time.
