The Marketing Manager will offer support to the organization's Development Team in their effort to create strategy and deliver solutions to contribute to the company’s overall growth.
The Marketing Manager will handle a variety of projects which can include the following responsibilities:
REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES:
1. Scheduling appointments and calendaring events
2. Maintaining and updating database information
3. Preparing and modifying documents for internal discussion, internal policy, and external communication/marketing
4. Conducting prospect research to help find new revenue streams, strategies, business opportunities
5. Handling administrative details including the coordination of travel arrangements
6. Preparing expense reports and assisting with budget reconciliation
7. Writing correspondence including letters, emails and reports
8. Coordinating meeting itineraries & composing meeting notes
9. Assisting with client relations activities
10. Working with the team and outside vendors on strategy, development, and marketing related projects
11. Participating in the coordination of trade shows and other events hosted by the Company
12. Conducting phone calls with prospective and current vendors/clients/partners.
13. Liase between development and operations teams for projects requiring cross-over support
14. Provide support in client on-boarding process.
15. Other Duties as assigned by the Chief Development Officer & Development Manager
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Proficient in using mobile and communication technologies
• Ability to present information concisely and effectively, both verbally and in writing. (Writing sample required)
• The ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
